I have a deep passion and commitment to my own personal development, growth and change, having invested in many years of my own personal therapy, coaching and holistic health, wellbeing and training. I have encountered first-hand, the value of slowing down, getting the right support for me as I changed – and continue to change – the old, unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.
